Isaiah, I like how you were thinking not only of yourself when designing the room but also as a possible place to rent to others for another source of income and wanting anyone who rented to be able to adjust the place to their style. That carpeting is expensive! Maybe you should consider hardwood floors and nice rugs. Then renters can’t mess up your carpet! You explained this well–very impressive work!
I liked that he chose an abandoned house because that shows he can make something out of nothing.
